My novel draws heavily upon my years of experience as a pastoral counselor. In that role, I have supported individuals and couples as they navigate the various challenges in their lives, and I have walked with many on their journey of grief following loss. I wrote this book to honor them, and all who have suffered irredeemable heartbreak.
